EXTENDED COMMUNITY CALLING (ECC)
Extended Community Calling (ECC) allows you to call the exchanges listed below by dialing only a seven 7-digit telephone number. You do not need to dial ‘1+ area code’ before the telephone number when you dial these exchanges. Calls to the following ECC points are billed at five cents (5 ¢ ) per minute:
